Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Doolegil mobile app service ("Service") provided by Doolegil ("we").

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the Service, and the rights and obligations between you and us.

Article 2 — Service Content

We provide the following services:

• Korean trail information search and browsing
• Trail bookmarks and personal hike records
• GPS-based hike tracking (available after location service registration)
• Public transit route guidance
• Premium in-app purchases

Service content may change; we will notify you in advance.

Article 3 — Account

1. You register by completing the sign-up form and agreeing to these Terms.

2. You must keep your registration information up to date.

3. You are responsible for your account credentials and may not transfer or lend them to others.

Article 4 — Paid Services and Refunds

1. Paid services are purchased through in-app purchase (App Store).

2. Payment is charged to your Apple ID on confirmation.

3. Refunds follow Apple App Store refund policy. We do not process direct refunds.

4. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.

Article 5 — User Obligations

You must not:

• Collect or use others' personal information without consent
• Copy, distribute, or modify the Service without authorization
• Interfere with the Service
• Register false information
• Violate applicable laws

Article 6 — Service Suspension

We may suspend the Service for system maintenance, network failures, or force majeure. We are not liable for damages from suspensions unless caused by our negligence.

Article 7 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Korean law. Disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction under civil procedure law.
