Doolegil ("we") values your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws including Korea's Personal Information Protection Act.

Required: Email address, name or nickname, social login info (Google account ID, profile photo).

Optional: Location data (GPS hike tracking, collected after location service registration).

Automatic: Service usage logs, device info (OS version, app version).

2. How We Use Your Information

• Account registration and service provision
• Trail browsing, bookmarks, hike records
• In-app purchase processing and receipt validation
• Service improvement and analytics
• Legal compliance and dispute resolution

3. Data Retention

We retain your data until account deletion. The following records are kept as required by law:

• Transaction records: 5 years (E-Commerce Act)
• Consumer complaint records: 3 years (E-Commerce Act)
• Access logs: 3 months (Communications Secrets Protection Act)

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Service providers:

• Supabase Inc. (database/auth): USA, processes account data
• Cloudflare Inc. (CDN/tunnel): USA, processes traffic
• Google LLC (social login): USA

5. Location Data

Location service registration is in progress. Location data will only be collected after registration approval for GPS hike tracking and nearby trail search. Location data is not shared with third parties without consent.

6. Your Rights

You may at any time:

• Request access, correction, or deletion of your data
• Request suspension of data processing
• Delete your account (in-app Settings or email request)
